Booking

Our products and services are not booked until a 50% deposit is received. All rentals are subject to 5 hours of service, anything surpassing this time range will be charged an additional $50 per hour. All payments will be non-refundable, due to the fact that once your invoice is paid, your event date is reserved and all other clients will be refused your rental and services.

Delivery

We mainly serve Long Island, NY but can also accommodate outside of this area. Costs of our rentals and add-ons include set-up/take down and delivery within a 15 mile radius of Oyster Bay, New York. 

 

Additional delivery charges are as shown: 

 

Within 15 miles: Free

Within 16-30 miles: $45.00 

Within 31-45 miles: $55.00 

Montauk/Hamptons: $125.00

NYC/Staten Island: $150.00 plus tolls 

Cancellation

If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled event, your deposit is non-refundable and a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to the total cost of your invoice. 

Responsibility

In the event of damages or total loss, buyer will be held 100% financially responsible for value of equipment.

Discounts 

If you OR your partner are active duty military, law enforcement, first responders, doctors/nurses or teachers, you will receive 10% off. 

If you AND your partner are active duty military, law enforcement, first responders, doctors/nurses or teachers, you will receive 15% off.
